For anyone who wants to animate an animal moving note that cycles for different animals are different (ex. A cat runs in a different way a horse does)

I noticed this myself when I was a kid, when you run "running" means you don't touch the ground for a moment, while with others methods you always touch the floor ;) It means you cant' change direction when flying ;)

There was times the paw prints weren’t lining up with the footings of the animations correct?

I did my best to line them up, but the most important take away are the foot patterns. I always encourage people to study real life when making animations and not just copy other work.
