Every room looks so pretty and so very festive especially your living room. I've been married for 54 years so have done many Christmases with lots of different themes over that time but I still hark back to my childhood and can't help feeling that coloured lights and a whole heap of different decorations always gives the best Christmas vibes. I have a beautiful huge snowy tree in the living room all done in white and silver which I love but the one which gives me the most pleasure to look at is a little one in the conservatory with pretty old school coloured lights - I know I will be particularly sad to take that one down. I hope you've had a better Christmas this year (I know you were all ill last year) and best wishes for 2025!
We have always had traditional colours for Xmas. The tree is covered with baubles and bits that have memories ranging from my childhood and I am 66 and our daughter’s childhood still add some if I spot a nice one. Never would I go for a themed Xmas. I prefer your decs this year they look really nice. Merry Xmas x

Your hallway is stunning Lisa . I remember when you first moved in and you had to fit pieces of wood to make the stairs safe ! The rest of the house is beautiful especially the boys bedrooms the lounge has a lovely " ski chalet " vibe and I am old enough to remember the multicolour lights and foil decorations lol . Your home looks beautiful! I must thank you, after seeing you paint your kitchen I decided I could do it, it was the first time it didn't look ridiculously time consuming and tricky taking cupboards off, I've done it and it's completely transformed the room! Merry Christmas have a wonderful time!
