A long asked question with a really varying answer. So these two bikes on this day preformed pretty much the same and used about the same amount of fuel. However my bike is beat (the 110) and his is a bit nicer shape (the ct90) and likely better compression too. If both bikes were new or comparable condition, the 110 has a slightly better pull and top speed. They still use about the same amount of fuel and range. However it could vary greater in different regions or altitudes and even over greater distances of travel and of corse rider weight. I wouldn't really say buy one over the other. If someone who is new to the CT and looking to get into one. Get something in decent shape and it will do the job.
