Woo Hoo , time to get some energy for diving by watching you & it’s drizzling rain here & I love to go dumpster diving in the rain , that’s when I find the best stuff . Keep up the good work and keep on diving, be safe & God Bless you 🙏🏻❤️🤗
Mike I must tell you, I have been watching you for quite awhile… my 5 yr old grandson just comes in the room and says, “ are you watching all right all right!!!!” He’s so cute!!!!
Mike, love your adventures. A couple observations. 1) When you have to move stuff several times it costs time and time is the most valuable thing. 2) you unscrewed a steel A/C recharge can and left it. Minor thing but it cost you time to remove can when you were already keeping the gauge.
Greetings Mike. This is another great adventure, yippee. Thank you for taking the time of sharing, passing knowledge/blessings forward . Be safe, healthy &blessed always family
Hi MTS 👋🏻! That display box is great to put in all different kinds of memories from weddings to birth of a baby. I have one and I put small shelves in it. Loaded it with tiny little miniatures. My grand kids call it the “I Spy” box. They love searching out tiny treasures.
The lamps look like beautiful accent items, give it value. Wooden boxes are popular, divided into squares, filled with different kinds of beans or other things as decorative wall hangings. I am your biggest fan.
Great video! I know about those treadmills. Mine went bad and a new part was going to be $200 + and shipping. So my son and I loaded it up in an SUV and drove it down our long driveway and someone picked it up. HEAVY!!!!!!
Almost everything that I find in the trash that’s electronic or mechanical etc...I would think it wouldn’t work but 90% of it does work...vacuums generally just need cleaned...I found a smart tv that I repaired with a new capacitor...took me 5 minutes to fix it...I’m amazed at how much is thrown out that’s still in good shape...
@@MikeTheScavenger you called it a sewing machine as your threw it in the back of Dotty. It is all good Mike all good cause at the end of the day it still adds up $$$$
Hi Mike. Retail on those fancy art frames starts at $20/each. The canvas panels run $5-10/pack. Frames are very expensive these days, especially wooden and ornate ones. A 16x20” frame starts at $40.
My cousin as a teenager decided she had to make the pilgrimage to Ron Jon Surf Shop (in Cocoa Beach, FL). Back in the day that was normal for teenagers to do, don’t know if it still is, but it was an impressive beach shop! Keep up the good work, you’re a favorite! ✌🏼❤️
Another great video. We are in Texas too. Just think, in April I was soo worried about wild fires because it was so dry. I prayed and asked God for rain and......well I guess I need to ask him to turn the faucet down a little. Stay safe and God Bless
The box would make a awesome shadow box for in memory to your sweet Winston you loss...You could put his picture in it and if you still have his collar..Just a thought..As always enjoyed tagging along with you on your dive..take care and stay safe..
Just an early guess but the honeywell... I think is for multiple security cameras. It's locked to secure the drive. Should be able to sell fairly easily I would think.
Mike, I have been watching your channel for two months and I really enjoy your videos! I wish you the best and I hope you find more awesome stuff! I think it's cool that my sister says scrapity scrap scrap😂
Have to say I love watching you toss stuff into your truck with amazing accuracy !! Not to mention how strong you must be to throw some of the things you scrap from feet on the ground. ( I think there’s a weight lifting term but I can’t remember)
I just got one of those tread mills. My friend has one that goes in his cellar when he is storing wood in the basement for the winter time. He turns on the tread mill and the wood goes flying to a pile. Quick and easy. I use the motors to make wind generators. I use the controller board and add some components to do what I want. That recorder box you picked up might have the ssd in it. There is an event it us called Field Day. Qhe try e all the Amateur Radio Operators set up and this is done ones a year for contesting contacts all over the globe. It is an emergency preparation if all the communications was wiped off the Amateur Radio Operators can set up and be operational within One hour. I have a ( 1E ) station here in upstate NY. My rig is run on solar cells and wind generating and deep cycle batteries. Mike look into this hobby.
Mike that us a nice showcase you just found. Save the software dvd's. You never know how much you can make on them. I just got a back of a camper and going to cut and melt them to 20 pound aluminum blocks.

Fitting a small & strong magnet at the other end of your pick stick might help you out getting some magnetic metals stuff from hard to reach places
You should have snagged those sewing machine drawers. I see them for sale in flea markets all the time. People use them in crafts. I may have bought a couple myself 😃
23:10 Every time I hear you say Aluminum and not Aluminium I go nuts(coz I'm not from the States) ! This time you said both of them and cured my OCD ! 😅 Much love from Greece!!
Hey Mike I have an idea for you, set up bins for people to drop their stuff off and you pick it up out of your own bins. Electronics and one scrap metal in another whatever else. Let the customer come to you. I know not all of them well but a lot of them well. Just a business idea might work.
that dpms box was for an m4 rifle. i bought one in 2016 for $475 as an investment, and then traded it NIB three years later for a couple of honda gl 1100 goldwings. i'm still riding one of them that i built into a scrambler/street fighter. it's not everyone who can say they have a 750 lb, 1 liter dirtbike.
That case would be perfect to safely display watches and jewelery at garage sales so it doesn't walk off quite so easily. Seen ones like that a lot at flea markets and police property auctions.
It's kind of different here in Philippines no dumpsters but we recycle almost everything plastics, cardboards, metals like copper, brass, aluminum etc.
Treadmill motors are very popular with wind and hydro generator builds be because they are brushless. You could sell the main belt if it's in good condition
Mike, do you have a tourniquet and first aid kit handy?, I keep imagining you falling into a glass dagger, that'd be a Bad Day. You might want to get some anti cut arm gauntlets (kevlar, spectra or stainless mesh) that commercial butcher/processor uses and use them below knee on leg with the metal clip gripping your pants and the wrist constriction around you ankles....might save you one day....might still get a prick through weave but not sliced open and deep into femoral....
that black box is a camera system DVR. it has a standard computer motherboard and maybe hard drives if they havent taken them out. usually you can remove the drives from that front panel as its designed to add more storage or replace drives that failed
best channel on youtube! Mike hasnt changed even with success....no drama .no malarkey.just Mike doing his thang! great stuff.

Thank you Mike, for you just simply being you! You are always able to bring a smile. Aawwoooo! Y'all 👍✌
Thanks for taking us along.

Hello from Shreveport, La, love the new video. Keep on keeping on, yes.
I liked the lamps....great video again buddy.❤️

Hello from Poland magnet fishing
Hello there!
The FJ on the shoes is Foot Joy. Good golf shoes
I love those lamps I bet they would sell at your garage sale
Give them a good clean and even put on some shades make a few £
The sewing machine cabinet, the little drawers are saleable. Most of the time people are missing one drawer. Might check it out. Enjoy the videos.
Absolutely, good energy, keep up the good work, Mike.
Thanks for sharing your dumpster dives! For future reference, sewing machine drawers will sell at a yard sale. Stay safe out there!
Yeah Mike, thanks for letting us know about those holes.
Your back yeah. Hope you had a great weekend

our neighbor had a 52" tv sitting by their garbage that we took and it worked fine. I don't know why they threw it out.
Those flux capacitors will get ya every time! LOL!
Only in the 90s lol. Sooooo funny!
Mike always makes us laugh.
Mid-century modern is a very popular decorating style and it's main color is turquoise blue. Those lamps may have more hope than you think.
I would totally snag those off FB marketplace
Great find
Love those lamps! Perfect for a beach house, too.
I’m glad that you rescued those two blue lamps. I just hate to see so many things thrown out.
“I don’t see a sewing machine”, 2 minutes after he throws it in the truck lol. Mike having a senior moment.
That was a hydraulic car jack
@@MikeTheScavenger you called it a sewing machine as your threw it in the back of Dotty. It is all good Mike all good cause at the end of the day it still adds up $$$$
@@MikeTheScavenger lol glad you did not get hurt especially with all that tin and sharp stuff.
Yes. A sewing machine you took home with you. You seemed rushed & I may say careless today. Love watching always enjoy
@@Mrs.T-bone Easy to criticize while you're sitting on your ass behind a phone. 👍
Hubby and I love to watch your videos together. We aren't allowed to watch new videos without the other. 😊
I used to dive in wildland firefightin boots. Dont want to go out like achilles did and less worry of dumpster juice
Those are magnified glasses.🐎
Dash it I am addicted to this you are fanstic person God Bless You Mike xx uk
Seems like I'm watching twice the amount of commercials and half the time with Mike The Scavenger.
I agree, seem the commercials have doubled or more, yuk
@@timothygibson7033 agreed, getting ridiculous!
But you can skip them and he probably gets some money from them so can't blame him, got to get paid!!
You can use treadmill motors for generators. 400 rpm is about 14.5v and you can run your house with it connected to batteries.👍😉
Those lamps are very popular. You ought to put them in your garage sale. Beautiful color.
18:49 thanks for warning me Mike, I would have fallen right in.
Blank check is a brilliant movie mike.

That Ztec is a vehicle tracking device that plugs into a diagnostic plug
How many people said “Thanks” when Mike said nice mug?
