    what is the dimention of 239 Sq Yard plot in Sector 7 and when it likely to get ready for handover ... GDA approval is G+3 or G+2 ......What about basement ??? Can you please suggest

    Help me understand onething please... Agar plots GDA approved hain... To log Greater Noida ya dusri jagah jaise jewar airport idhar investment kyon kar rhe hain... Why people buying society flats instead of plots in ghaziabad??.. I think kuch legality aur security issues honge.. aap kya bolte ho??

      Your question is very good but quite surprising!!! Choices varies from person to person. Some has height issues, some security or some people discard or choose things on the basis of location and connectivity. People working in Gurgaon or other parts of Haryana would definitely prefer something close to their circle or workplace. Same goes with noida and so on. When a big development takes place it takes some time to come in proper shape. People initially discard and later comes in queues to buy there and pay higher prices. Its natural!

      In fresh, prices are around 40 000 per square yard in resale much lower than that.
