Oh, the Predator movies, a treasure trove of epic kills that leaves my indecisive mind in a perpetual state of contemplation. As I sit here, lost in the labyrinth of memories, attempting to pinpoint that one elusive favorite kill, the task becomes an intricate dance between the spine-ripping classics and the lesser-known gems scattered throughout the franchise. Was it the primal intensity of Arnold Schwarzenegger's encounter with the extraterrestrial hunter in the original, setting the benchmark for all subsequent kills? Or did the gritty urban battlegrounds of Predator 2 manage to sneakily claim the top spot with its brutal impalement? The Alien vs. Predator crossovers, too, presented a buffet of memorable kills, making the decision even more confounding. I find myself revisiting the spine-tingling moments of anticipation during jungle hunts and urban warfare, each kill a masterpiece of its own. The Predalien showdown in AVP: Requiem and the intense face-off in Predators add layers of complexity to this already intricate puzzle. Ah, the nostalgic dilemma! The hunt for my favorite Predator kill persists, a journey through the corridors of my cinematic memory that refuses to yield a definitive answer.
I agree with your rankings if the main cast getting offed, although Blaine's was pretty awesome. Now get to the chopper and pump out some more Columbo reviews 😉
You are funny! I never thought to rank the deaths. Where would you put the Predator's death? Great video, smart ranking. I always liked this movie. Carl Weathers is a legend and will be sorely missed.
If I had to rank the Predator's death I think I'd put it between Hawkins and Billy, or even equal to Billy. To me it's more memorable than Hawkins or Poncho's deaths, but not quite as visceral or gory as Blain, Mac and Dillon's deaths. Thank you as always for watching and your kind words.
I cannot choose between Blaine and Mac. And Sonny Landham's scream is so fucking awesome that I would have put Billy's death first were it not that it happens off screen. But it would be hard to beat Dillon's death anyway.
