This old man(me) from Tennessee here in the USA along with my wife watch several mowing channels with three of them being from "down under"(Tim, George and Sean). Without a doubt you three are the best.(no particular order) Y'all put our American boys to shame with your attention to detail including but not limited to edging, raking, mowing in "step down" and general cleanup and minor repairs. Our boys could take lessons from y'all. And for all you dogging on Tim get over yourselves. I ain't seen no videos with your names on em. Keep up the great work Tim.👍
There are are a couple in "The States " that I watch Fills lawn care, Midlife Stockman to name just a couple that are really good. They clean up very wel, after a job. But yes, I am a little biasedas I live in Australia and these guys that you mentioned are GOOD.
@@katrinkaperkins1852I watch all three too! Midlife Stockman is newer to the scene. Al Bladez and Lawncare Juggernaut got me started on my addiction to watching all the lawncare guys. They are all fun and unique in their own way!
Why would anyone give you a mouth full. You're so sweet and so wonderful. Why I love watching your videos. Always an amazing job 👏 love the edging. So good to see you, Tim.
I used to mow my house and three other houses' nature strip every couple of weeks. I would treat it as my gym. It's a way of getting good exercise in and getting something worthwhile done at the same time. It is a lot better pushing a lawn mower around the yard instead of doing 30 to 40 min on a treadmill. You see something for your effort straight away. Unfortunately age has caught up with me and now I only manage to do my own grass these days. Keep up your good work Tim.
It’s funny because as an American all we see are videos, memes and clips on TikTok that have us convinced that Australia is nothing but giant spiders and snakes waiting to get you 😂. Thankfully Tim’s videos show us that isn’t the case.
I love watching your videos Tim in South Carolina (USA). You always do a great job and you're so friendly to people who reccognize you. Stay safe and thanks for making a difference.
Hi Tammy, I'm another South Carolina fan of Tim's content! I always enjoy seeing where people come from in the comments and I get a kick out of seeing someone else 'local' to where I am watching a guy mow lawns half way around the world from where we are! 😆 I'm in a suburb of Charleston, btw.
Tim you are making the world a better place one lawn at a time. We don’t need to know the stories of the people whose lawns you mow. They don’t have to be judged deserving by strangers on the internet who know nothing about anything. They’re no doubt happy for the helping hand and we like watching the transformations. It’s wins all round
You, Tim The Lawnmower Man, come across as a really nice bloke - very natural and caring. As a now, unfortunately retired due to very ill health, gardener/landscaper I can now only enjoy the undoubtedly perfectionist hardwork care you put into your work via such as yours and others channels. I'm not sure what keeps me coming back to such channels. Perhaps a bit ASMR; the befores and afters; the little bito OCD - lol ; but mainly I think it's because it can become a regular look into the reality of -someone out there actually is kind, cares and does things for other disadvantaged people. It's a win, win all round from where I view it. Good onya Tim !
It is common understanding that the taller the grass, the browner it is at the bottom. For those who comment or say otherwise are those who have not done yard work or cut grass ever. Great job as always. Keep doing what you're doing Tim... Your follower from PNG.
Tim you do such excellent work. I have just a handful that I love to watch do yard work because you are so kindhearted, care about the work you do and you NEVER judge anyone. I feel so great when you’re done and showing the before and after shots. It’s like I helped. LOL. That new trimmer worked really well. I honestly was surprised that it seemed to keep up with you. Thanx Tim for sharing and caring! 🤗🤗🤗 ~Becka

Thank you for your service. It makes the neighborhood look great. Great job. i have a problem with sleep. Watching it's relaxing. Thanks again. God bless you.
Excellent job/video Tim 💯😇👍 That was a big plot😧 Green or Brown as long as it's tidy in my book, and your hard graft certainly done that😃 Have a wonderful weekend Tim ❤
Tim my lawnmower man. Yes Honey, this yard turn out pretty good. Lots of tall grass. In the end you got it looking fantastic. You are the man. Very handsome man. Until next time. Please, take care and stay safe. Love ya 🍺❤️🙏🇺🇸👍🌞😇🌈🕊🌹
My goodness Tim, that was a very overgrown Nature strip, couldn’t believe how many times you had to empty catcher. That said you once again do a thorough job of clearing up clippings, it looks 100% better. Thank you, it improves the look of neighbourhood. Also people stop and talk to you as you seem a very caring person. Best wishes from Geelong, Victoria.❤😊🙏👍
With regards to your sidebar at 12:40, my father gave me some sage advice when he deemed I was old enough to mow the lawn. (We have Saint Augustine grass; I believe I've heard you refer to it as "buffalo grass" at some point?) His (relevant) words were, "if the blades ain't hitting dirt, it's good." I didn't understand at the time, but I understand what he meant these days. He was trying to tell me that it doesn't really matter how much brown is showing - as long as there's grass on the lawn, it's still alive, and it'll re-grow. The roots - the important parts of the lawn - are still down there, pulling water and nutrients from the soil. Cheers for another excellent video, Tim. Satisfying work, as always.

All these newer places were built to a price, for sure... this variety of grass is one of the cheapest that can be bought by the landscaping contractors / councils, and does not lend itself to getting too long... a few extra dollars spent putting in a better variety would pay off in the long run for maintainability and tolerance - the way it creeps in to other areas and takes hold... much more work to chase the runners out once they establish - but it does give Tim a chance to make the situation right for our viewing pleasure... and some of those tiny little areas that have been planted with grass take more time than they're worth to mow & edge, would have just been easier to continue the concrete works and seal them over, esp. when they are not maintained.
I can’t believe some of these comments on here - Tim, please don’t pay attention to any of the negative nellies on here. Where you decide to mow, what neighbour hood, the size of the house, even if its a millionaires mansion, in fact - id love to see that! You do an amazing job. Surprising people with a free lawn detailing job and the effort you put into each and every job, even coming back to the same job several times to make sure its done - astounding. Maybe this man just finished a 24 hour long shift in the ER saving lives, maybe his mom died and he doesn’t care of cut grass, maybe he likes it long….
