I had such a bad head dent, when I was born doctors offered my mother a helmet I could wear to reshape my skull. She never took it seriously, and now it’s too late to change it. Honestly tight about it, because if I go bald, which I will, it won’t be a good look.
For a fully formed and grown skull, headphones cannot indent it. However they do indent the skin if you wear them a lot which takes months of not using them for it to go away.

I wear headsets constantly but I've never had a head dent, simply because i don't wear my headshot to fit exactly on my head.
EDIT: The skull isn't dented, it's the skin above it that takes shape. If you have a dent stop using headsets for a while and it will go away
