Did anyone notice that at 19:25 one of the sandwiches fell over? And, judging from how close it was to the edge of the table, probably fell to the floor? I wonder what happened to it...

As long as the shell is clean of bacteria, raw egg is perfectly safe to eat and in fact is quite common in many places :) Japan has a popular breakfast dish that is just raw egg mixed with warm rice, I also once got some completely raw egg with some kind of mushrooms at a Tapas bar in Spain. Plus, have you never had some that was even a little runny? 😂 those weren't bad at all hahah
In countries such as Japan and South Korea, they usually use pasteurized eggs which is safe to eat raw. Eggs like that are used for bulk/mass produced food, I think its mandatory for them to use it.
