Budae jiggae is one of my favourite food to make when im craving Korean food because its so simple to make, yet delicious 😄 i sometimes add tteok and wide glass noodles into it too 😊 im actually surprised to know your husband doesnt like budae jiggae because i assumed all koreans love it hahaha.

Yes! Rice, butter, soy sauce and fried eggs have saved me many times, when times got rough. But also, great snack/meal when wanting something quick!
Also, another favorite is rice, butter, soy sauce and gochujang! Mixed together, sometimes with scrambled egg mixed in, or just fried egg on top! I know what I must eat tomorrow now!!
