For those who keep saying Captain America don't have powers,he actually have. The Super Soldier Serum not just change his appearance to be muscular but also enhanced his physical like strength, durability, speed, agility,reflex, stamina, sense and healing. The Serum also enhancing his intelligence,make him can learn faster and processing information than normal human.
And he basically has the ability of longevity he is a old man but looks young

What made Cap great is his heart. He’s called the First Avenger because he’s the first who’s willing to put himself on the line for the greater good, maybe the ultimate good, and the story of the rest of the Avengers is their journey to catch up to where Cap was when they pulled him out of the ice.
Arguably some of those arcs were never completed but we saw Stark, Widow, and Thor go on long journeys to find the power Steve Rogers already had when he was still a shrimps kid from Brooklyn.

Gear/ weapons: Has vibranium Shield which is nearly unbreakable (for those who are slow notice I said NEARLY).
Can use firearms but prefers to use sheild. Carries grapple wire. Expert driving motorcycles and quinjets. Has wakandan sheilds on both wrist.
Captain healing factor 4x faster than normal human

Captain America does not have the healing factor he's just really durable
he heals faster than a normal human. He's not Wolverine, but will heal bones alot faster. Same with Spider-Man. He can heal alot faster than a normal human

My favorite super hero! “Captain America” my number 1 movie.
A scene people tend to look over is when cap held back Tony's Armor from flying.That suit can produce more power than a fighter jet and the suit weighs alot. If a normal human tried to do that Thier bones would be ripped apart yet cap did that with one hand
That scene doesn't make sense and it goes against the laws of the physica, he has super strength, but he weights 200lbs, no matter how strong you are, you can't stop a rocket like that, he should've been dragged by ironman, same goes for Green Goblin in Spider-Man where he held the cable tram
He have a heart full of courage that's his biggest strength

To sum up Cap, Captain American is endowed via serum with peak human attributes (strength , stamina, speed, reflexes, etc). He would win every event in the Olympics. Coupled with his knowledge in hand-to-hand combat and military training. Most importantly, he is known for the his intangibles such as leadership, integrity, purpose driven, etc. or as Dr Erskine would simply put it “a good man.”
It's pretty obvius that in the MCU Cap is no peak human, he is clearly super human like his Ultimate counterpart. He can jump from building to building, smash Ultron bots, lift a motorcycle with 3 women on top with ease, can deadlift 10 tons after being shot

Captain America just has enhanced strength, speed, stamina, durability, reflexes, accelerated healing, he has martial arts skills, slowed aging but they all come from the super soldier serum and he uses a shield that's made of vibranium
He actually doesn't age slow. Ages like any normal human. He just had the "benefit" of being frozen for nearly 70 years.
@@dday906 he does age slow, when Cap went back in time in endgame his body was 30 years old, he lived for more than 70 years, so he was atleast 100 years and he was still in good shape

Steve just lived a long life, because his body was super healthy. Even look at Isaiah Bradley. He has the Super Soldier Serum, but he's old now. Anyone with a very healthy body and lifestyle can live a long life.
