Food is expensive ey and it’s just me and my husband yet we always go over budget 🤭. You guys looked beautiful at the wedding
I keep getting distracted by your moving fingers 😂
Geez maintenance fees? Now you have me stressed, I am moving out end of December and a lot of stuff is broken. renting is the worst. Loved the video!
If you paid a deposit, they will just subtract the costs of maintenance from the deposit. If the deposit is not enough they will charge you extra. But try and fix some stuff on your own so that you don't incur too many costs. And can always dispute some costs if you feel like you shouldn't incur them. They had charged us for the kitchen sink plugs and I told them that we didn't have any when we moved in and they credited us for those costs.
Also hand your keys in personally. I had left my key with the security guard and they said they didn't get my bedroom key. On the quotation they charged me for a new bedroom door and set of keys. Good luck ❤️🌼
Another week, another vlog ❤
You know what it is🫡
These places don’t want to give the exact paint they use coz they know we will then do our own painting. Also, they will always find something to charge you on so when I rent and pay the deposit I don’t even think about it in case I face such things from landlords
Listen, they will try their best to milk you. I had a shock of my life when I saw that quotation.
Hey Didi, great video. Food is soo expensive. I also budget 3k but from January I think I will make it 4k for 3 people.
alot hey 😫 we are a family of five & currently on a food budget of R4,500.00 & obviously in 2024 we will have to add a bit more to accommodate our eldest lunchboxes
Food prices are crazy and I was thinking of increasing it my budget, but I’ve already done that this year and I don’t want to do another increase 😭
Same here I don't want to increase it anymore. At this point I don't know how I am going to approach it in 2024.🤷🏾♀️
That is a lot🫠. It gets tricky when you add kids to the mix because there are certain things you can try and do without but you don't want it to affect the kids especially if they are going to school and seeing what other kids carry for lunch. Sorry man
Renting is extreme sport😢
They will try and charge you as much as they possibly can. It is an extreme sport 🤞🏾
