Another fantastic garment and video! So the front and back are only sewn together at those 2 spots on the waisband? Not down the sides at all? I'm concerned about them falling apart when the person sits...
Right it's only attached at the waist but coverage depends on how wide you make the wrap because that's what keeps the sides from completely opening up when you sit. However, if you prefer more coverage feel free to sew along the edge where the wrap overlaps in front. Hope that helps!

I think that would be covered by the flaps. But I would probably sew the sides because with my luck 😂
