Sheree, I have enjoyed as you go through your sewing journey. I enjoy the genuineness as you instruct, share, and live your life. Thank you for allowing us to take a part of this experience. C. Denise
Wow, you are so kind! Thank you for your comment. Thank you for your support! Truly ❤️
That picnic plaid is gorgeous.
Isn’t it? It’s going to be so cute!🥰 The more I think about it the more I want a button up shirt out of this fabric to pair with all of my jeans and skirts.
Hi Sheree, ❤ You have some really nice patterns and fabrics! Cropped jeans are trending now, so it seems....I am on a fabric and pattern diet 😂... I'm not going to make it. I have two shopping carts going right now! It is always a pleasure visiting with you! Your sewing skills are beautiful! Have you heard of Britex Fabrics in San Francisco? They have nice, and exotic/different fabrics. I have never noticed any technical difficulties/lighting or otherwise.❤❤❤❤ You are definitely doing a great job with your presentations. Have a fantastic day, and happy sewing!
Thank you 😊 I really appreciate you Pat. I have heard of Britex but haven’t visited yet. I hear it’s very expensive but I definitely want to go. I understand the shopping my diet believe me I do. I’ll be on one soon because giiiiiiiiirl.💸
I love the white jeans! Looking forward to seeing the white blouse you make to pair with the jeans.
Thank you! I will be sure to share them.
Thanks for keeping me company while I worked on a few things. I agree, I will do my belt loops differently for my next ME2052 and do different pockets as well. Sounds like you found your TNT Jean pattern with Megan Nielsen 😊. Ohhh Rayon Challis is nice, that box has a lot of goodies. Yessss I always say all pdf patterns need to be in color for that very reason. Ohhh you got the Lingerie book, nice! I absolutely love the feel of a well fitting bra that made, I highly suggest getting kits then you will know the bits and pieces for future. Stone Mountain has VERY NICE quality fabrics, great haul!!!
Have you bought bra kits and if so from where?
Oh, Sheree! I fully appreciate your videos! You are sharing your life and hobby with us for free, so I will stay patient!
I love all of the fabrics you picked up.
Too bad about your JoAnn Fabric experience. I’m hearing more stories like this lately!
I also have the Dawn jean pattern but I gained too much wait for the size I bought. 😭😭😭 I still plan to adjust the pattern for myself, though!
Thank you so much. You have no idea how much I appreciate your support. I look forward to reading your comments when I see your name pop up. Thank you.
I don’t do too much in person shopping so I’m not sure how other stores are looking but I usually love exploring Joann and Stone Mountain in person. I really want to venture out and check out more fabric stores but I definitely don’t want the experience I just had to happen again. You should definitely size up on the Dawn pattern I love it. I do regret cutting this one out rather than tracing it especially since it’s so expensive but that’s okay. I can always trace what I’ve cut and add to the side seams. Honestly, I would feel like it was worth it to buy it again because of how many views it comes with. 🤔
I'm laughing at myself right now. I am also "jeans obsessed". Unfortunately I discovered a video you made a year ago on the Morgan jeans....I bought the pattern. I began watching all your videos from then to now. Sooo, I have purchased three patterns so far!! All today! Now I watching this video and decided I need Dawn also. Dismiss the other messages I have made on my way to this one asking your favorite. LOL
I feel you. 😂
I like all of the Jean patterns but I do prefer a wide leg because they can be worn with every type of shoe I have in my closet. The Morgan jeans are a closer fit in the legs so they don’t look good with chunkier sneakers and most of my boots. I have to wear low profile shoes with my Morgan jeans like slim sneakers, mules, loafers and heels. I love that Morgan jeans, the KnowMe jeans and the ash jeans are comfortable on my belly area. They aren’t too tight on my waist. While I love the look of the Dawn jeans they are high waisted so if that’s not your jam then you can skip them. But they’re all nice patterns in my opinion. It just depends on your style.
PS. Watch my winter wardrobe video to see how I style my jeans.
Ugh, Joann's! It kinda sounds like you visited the El Cerrito location. Always absolute madness. Love all your projects and you sewing plans!
Yes! It was the El Cerrito one. 🤦🏾♀️
Thank you! 😊
Love how you made the jeans
Thank you 😊
Great video, Sheree! Love your fabrics and your patterns! Actually, two of your patterns I have…The Lander pants (I’ve made a couple of shorts from that pattern) and Simplicity 8228 (I have yet to make this pattern). I hear you mention occasionally that your lighting is off, etc. but to me, your videos are always awesome! You always have great content and I honestly don’t believe anyone pays attention to anything else! 😂❤
That’s really sweet friend. Thank you for saying that. It’s when I hold up white or black items when I use my Sony camera, it makes the light get really bright or really dark and changes the quality of the video. I really appreciate your support. You of all people know how challenging producing and editing content can be. I really hope it doesn’t bother anyone. I’ll have to look through your IG to see those Lander shorts you made I bet they’re super cute.
Great video - thanks. The San Leandro Joann’s is the only one I visit - others have been disappointing! I also get carried away at Stone Mountain - I try to stick to the upstairs discount section 😂
Me too! I try to walk straight upstairs without looking at anything downstairs first. 😂 Tunnel vision.
Yeah, the dirty Joann is in EL Cerrito. I hate that I waisted my time and gas driving there. Yuck.
Sheree, when you are ready to sew S8845, Norris has a sew-a-long on TH-cam. I enjoyed this video and hearing about all you that you've done.
Thank you! 😊
I’ve been getting sick on and off since November 😞 I hope you’re able to get well 💞
I’m sorry to hear that friend. No, the train never slows down over here. The children in child care are always sick and keep getting me sick, so we are all sick together all the time 😞. Not to mention my own kids bringing their school germs home.
@@ShereeThomas30 I pick up my Grandchildren from school so I get all their cooties on the ride home.
You definitely know my pain 😅
Great video! ❤
Thank you friend ❤️
Those jeans are nice...no one notices the zipper fly area unless you point it out. If anyone does notice, they're looking at your area a little bit too closely. Lol.
Right?! 😂 Thank you
What pattern did you use for the Moto jacket on the mannequin? I really like it!
Thank you! It’s the Cashmerette Canton Moto jacket. Check out this video where I talk about making it:
