Napagdaan ko yan but I overcome yun laxative I don't want to be dependent to prescription pills because of bloody side effect , horrible side effect just went to ask google what is the best to deal with it with out pills . And you know what change life style . Eat healthily . Avoid drink with caffeine take omega 3 and do exercise even just 30 minutes walk every day I'm feeling great.
