You forgot to mention one more point if the ITR is low the shelf life of your inventory increases as a result one has to inccur non value adding carrying costs such as warehouse rent and insurance. Thanks.

Or it can be said that it takes only 1.2 months to sale all the inventory compared to 6 months.
In second case, storage cost also will be impacted right as no need to keep 50 m average inventory for COGS 100 m?
