However, I have been planning a transition from in-organic to traditional farming and while collecting information fortunately saw this video. It's the best video there is--what Arifa Jee has done is really commendable and salute to her promotion of Organic Culture. There's no specific organic market for organic producer in India People are asking organic mango at lower rates as they are comparing only price not chemical resedu so Very difficult for organic farmers to get good rate It's sad that gov't is not therally interested in organic field In future Only organic mango export can save farmer I am also farming. 100 % organically alphonso (Hapus)in konkan region but it cames late, so we didn't get good rate

Yes it is ‘gliricidia’. You may have to source it from people who have the trees in their farms, as these are not sold in plant nurseries.
