Destroyer power is on his invincibilty and long range, Titan on survivability. Branch dmg main Ahib must reach 110 to 125%, Labreve 100 to 110%. Suggest memory ( Extra dmg, HP on hit, Flat Mspd & Aspd, skill increase ( Raging Wind or Fearsome) & ( Slugfist or shoot skill like funeral blast forget the name), reasorce decrease, alternatif burn dmg. In balance pvp Titan is above Destroyer because of his dmg by default, survivabilty etc. For non Balance, both have decent attack as long as u build it right. For succesion skill on Titan sugest put Funeral Blast for PvP to cancel animation fearsome or raging wind. And To the Grave for farming. To Destroyer better put Raging Wind with flow to increase mspd for mobility.

yeah destro is good for the field but bad in the arena, destro can defeat titan if he has a higher cp xD, Overall Titan is still better than Destro.
