1st service 300 miles. 2nd, 3000. Then every 3000 after that. It's a doddle. I don't know why people complain. Invariably, the people that whine the most aren't Royal Enfield owners. I've had my classic for about 11 months. Done about 4,500 miles. Absolute joy! 100 smiles per gallon. 😂
Thanks for posting that I couldn't remember the exact mileage for services 🤣 My partner was definitely jealous on our trip the amount of mpg that little bike got compared to his 1700cc road star 😂 thanks for sharing and ride safe out there 🤙
First video of yours that I`ve seen and thoroughly enjoyed it. I feel exactly the same way about my Classic 350. It just gets under your skin, in a way that is hard to explain but you`ve explained it better than I could. Thanks.
Good honest review, glad you’re happy with the Classic. I’m 71, had my Classic for a little over 12 months, I love it, it’s certainly a great bike for us elderly riders who really need the speed anymore, who just enjoy the joy of riding a bike that goes so well, and looks so bloody marvelous
Thanks for sharing! I couldn't agree more with you. That was mainly what I wanted in a bike again. I've never wanted anything that went super fast. I've always enjoyed just cruising around, and just enjoying the ride/day.
Had my red and chrome classic for 2 years. Last bike was a Kawasaki 900 and have to say best move I’ve made in 50 years as a biker. Soul and Character hands down best retro bikes on the market.
Just bought my '23 green 350 in December. I've added the S W Motech Legend soft panniers and magnetic tankbag. I also use their drybags on tours. Looking forward to doing some travels on it this year. Great to hear an honest and simple review. Looking forward to further videos. Had a snowstorm in N E Ohio yesterday so I can only dream about riding for now. 👍👍5🏍🙋♂️
That's awesome! Know how you feel about dreaming about riding. I've been waiting for the weather to stay nice before getting my Enfield out for the season. That's for letting me know what brand bags you are using. I'll have to look into them! Hope you have safe and fun travels this year.
thanks for a great video - I'm looking at going from a burgman 400 cc scooter to either the RE meteor 350 or the classic 350. I can flat foot the meteor but not sure if the different lower seat on the classic would make a big difference. What's your inseam if you don't mind me asking.
Hi. I have a 2022 reborn 350, marvelous fun bike I have to say....I'm 67 and only get to ride it about once a month so it still has very low mileage.. only 25oo kilometers.... wish I could ride it more often and do more road trips ....royal enfield, just love them
It is indeed a great bike. Awesome that you are getting out even if it is once month. Hope you can get the time to go out more to enjoy a great bike like that
I agree to your beautiful experiences and comments to your 350 Classic Royal Enfield . Me too I feel in-love with my Royal Enfield 350 CC Classic Chrome Red! What a fun bike to ride for my daily commuting and cruising!
I think you made awesome choice! i have had lot of bikes over the years, this one is special , i can't explain it very well, but when riding is pure bless.... ride safe, enjoy
Great video very sweet bike . I've been looking at the classic 350 as well as the Bullet 350. I have a Honda Shadow Aero I bought new and really don't care much for it . I know people going to wounder why I would want to get rid of my bike but the weight of it is just to much for me. so a Royal Enfield is going to be my next bike . thanks for posting your video another one just making me know the classic 350 or Bullet would be the perfect bike for me as well.
Thanks for review. I’m riding a 2017 classic 350 North from Delhi (India) towards Ladakh. The weight, the lazy thump, the headlight nacelle with amp meter, the wide single seat. Clutch is heavy, brakes sketchy, but addictive for cruising at 60 to 100kph.
One more question - what about the weight of the bike. Have you tried picking it up from its side (as if you have dropped it) Does its lower center of gravity help with that?
My inseam is 30 inches. I'm 5' 3" I know with the original seat I definitely couldn't flat foot even with leaning the bike a little while stopped. I'm closer to flat footing with the lower seat (especially when I had weight on the back during our trip). As for weight of the bike I know when I was doing research on these bikes I saw they weigh around 430 lbs. They are a bit heavier for being a 350cc bike. I have had to get used to it being a heavier bike (my Suzuki was 380 lbs and low like the meteor is) but once I got used to the weight and how the bike sits I've been fine. I have had to pick the bike up (dropped it in the parking lot) I was able to pick her up by myself with using the right techniques and maneuvers that my partner has taught me in the past.
It’s a beautiful bike! I haven’t ridden one yet. I don’t want to until I’m ready to buy. Every bike needs valve adjustments just not as often as the Royal Enfield.
I understand not wanting to ride one until your ready to buy. It's hard not to pass on a bike once you fall in love with it. I know when I test rode one of the Classics it was hard for me not to just walk out with it that night.
Just stumbled upon your vid. I also have the Royal Enfield Classic 350. (bought last May) Maybe you or your fiancee can answer my question? I’ll preface the question with: 1. I only use Premium (93 Octane) gasoline 2. I have been very disciplined in bringing it in to my dealership for every 3000 mile interval service maintenance. 3. Yes. I try to take very good care of it. It runs GREAT! 👍🏻 Now my question and problem. In my first several months of ownership I was getting between 225-235 miles on a full tank…. top to almost empty. Now, for whatever reason, I’m barely getting 190-200. Again, it runs like a top. Just not getting the mileage. Maybe I’m just more aggressive in my riding? More accelerations etc? Any opinion or thought is much appreciated. Great vid. Thanks.
Hey! Sorry it took me so long to respond as for your question we aren't quite sure. When running it by my fiance he said it could be a number of things. Variance in the gas, an air filter, valves being adjusted a little too loose or tight, etc. I'm sorry we aren't able to answer your question 😔
Bit of advice really protect now while it’s still new as it’s worth it after a few years use . After washing use a dryer to dry the bike properly and in all the corners etc. worth using detailer to protect your paint.
Thanks for the advice ☺️ I will definitely keep up on that. We even fluid filmed the underneath of the fenders to prevent rust there, especially after us having problems with my fiance's bike's fenders rusting out from underneath.
Great you are riding and posting here. As for myself, 3/4 of the video looking at your selfie will just not cut it. I clicked because of the RE Classic 350 title bait. Not coming back.

Great bike for older riders on their last leg of life! Like me, I am 76 years old and will ride until my last sunset!

I’m enthusiastic about your enthusiasm 😊 I just love Royal Enfield motorcycles, they have a lot of heart. The Classic 350 is an awesome bike. Enjoy 😁

I own a classic. My inside leg measurement is 30" I can flat foot no problem. The classic looks far nicer. Go for it. 😂

Hi your bike looks fabulous but I’m a bit biased as I’m having a new one the end of next week and it’s the same colour as yours 👍🏍️
I fell into the Royal Enfield brand in the lockdown, used bikes were more expensive and RE were the only bikes making it the UK
That's awesome! That's what drew me to the Royal Enfields. they were priced really reasonably for being a new bike.
Great you are riding and posting here. As for myself, 3/4 of the video looking at your selfie will just not cut it. I clicked because of the RE Classic 350 title bait. Not coming back.
Are those saddle bags on backward? Is there a reason for that?
Nope they are not on backwards that's just how they look
The bike should have hydraulic valve adjustment and belt drive on the bike. The 500 had hydraulic valve adjustment and a kicker.
Beautiful bike
Excelent bike❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you
Just hate the look of bar end mirrors so ugly
And???
