Hey Maniacs thank you for the correction on the charges specifically directed at Paige. means a lot, I knew those were her charges I just didn't specify that in the video all too well my apologies there.
I think the 2 month dropping is for Paige and not Nunez for the charges being dropped since Paige is only an employee. It's still shitty but considering she was left holding the bag I think the judge might have been a little more lenient with Paige.
I knew this would happen, this is her time to show her “proof” and she skipped out. This isn’t good, if she thinks they won’t come for her after owing a certain dollar amount she’s wrong. This is so bad for the property.
I think Nunez did it on purpose and threw that innocent girl under the bus so she (Nunez) can't be at fault as she wasn't there. I agree with you on the charge. $200 is probably just pocket change to Nunez.
I think it’s just Paige that will have charges dropped. Not Nuenez. I think it’s saying Paige would be charged if she goes back to being the manager there, or anywhere with the same situation. JN was told soooo many times not to operate, so I can’t see how those charges would be dismissed for her… Paige should contest those charges unless she also knew she should not be there…
I have a feeling that for some reason Jacqueline wants to stay in the public eye. I see happen that they take the house from her and for once, I hope it will be. The Conjuring House deserves a better owner.
Regarding Dropping charges: The charges against Paige are separate from JN and will be droppedin two months against Paige if she followsthe judges orders. I hate to be harsh but the fact of matter is Paige should have known better than to stay on the job. She should have left when all of this mess started. As for JN & the $200 fine, it's likely the cities standard fine. I'm not familiar with the towns laws so I can't confirm this is correct. It's an educated guess on my part. Onto JN's DUI charge, if she fails to appear she is in deep, deep ish and will almost certainly go to jail. Hope that helps Jordan. I also hope if there are people with more knowledge than myself reply for more clarification.
I agree that Paige should have left when her boss lost her business license, at least. Hopefully this is a lesson learned for Paige, and she'll not work there while Nunez has no business license.
@Caitlin1928 Thank You for taking time to reply, I appreciate it. Like you, I hope it is a lesson learned for Paige and she can move on to a better employment situation.
She is going to laugh that off. I’m very concerned this story is not going to have a happy ending. Every one is at risk of being hurt or kill some one.
I'm so sick of hearing about this woman. They have more than enough on her to go after her and if they don't that's on them. This whole thing just needs to end already.
I feel you may have misunderstood though, It's PAIGE who was given the pass for operating the business w/o a license. I feel like that's fair as Nunez wasn't there to take accountability & it's Nunez who absolutely should've received the initial ticket/complaint whatever it was that Paige instead received. Paige shouldn't be stuck paying fines or possibly even serving time because she's doing her job, per her bosses demands/her job description ya know what I mean? That being said though she's almost in a worse position now, if she doesn't operate the business Nunez is gonna fire her/them & if she/they do then they're gonna face the legal repercussions. I truly hope that if/when Nunez goes in front of the judge regarding TCH again that the judge addresses that exact issue & that she's handed a subsequent charge/ticket/fine/sentence/court date - what have you as it is/was utter BS that paige was left holding the bag in every way. Nunez does not care about TCH, her employees, the community, the law, the history of Burrilville (however it's spelled lol) much less the history of the house & it's related residents. Smh, she tries so hard & does grandstand nonstop about being "owner of TCH" as if she has some sort of love or respect for it itself, the history of it/the lands itself, the community, a/o prvs owners when in all reality, it's just a ploy to garner attn towards/for herself. It's all so very disappointing. I am however glad to see that the local law is/are sticking to their proverbial guns in pursuing these matter's legally although, as you said, she's seeming to get a slap on the wrist, i feel they might be doing that in an attempt to be gentle as a) she's clearly not well in a few diff ways b) you wouldn't want to give local L.E/administrative law offices/county court the image of being "hard-asses" towards TCH a/o it's respective owners c) they could be giving her the proverbial rope & letting her hang herself to the point that perhaps they can do something far more dramatic a/o permanent w/ her & TCH (it should be stated that I dont have a clue what the property laws/ordinances are here nor what would/wouldn't be within their ability to do). Most of this is strictly opinion & speculative though. I hope you're doing well darlin & my best to you and yours🖤🌸🖤 - Happy Holidays too! 🎁🎄☃️🎅☃️🎄🎁
Jordan I think she is getting the small amount of $200 fined to her because I think that's what they start out with. I think it gets progressively worse if she continues to do what she does.
@jigsawgotem she's not taking cake of it, and it's a historic place that's why. And has that stopped the bank/ government before from taking homes from people for less, and if she's not paying her employees do you think she's even paying on the house?
Idk you but I just wanted to ask if your doing okay the more I watch your videos the more I notice you are going though something. If you need to talk I'm here...
I'm pretty sure he mentioned working a lot at Walmart . And as a Walmart employee myself , the whole month of December we are not okay! 😂 This is definitely a face of im tired but I want money but also I'm tired.
They should just take the conjuring house away from her and Jordan I just love your videos so much you are one of my favorite TH-camrs in the whole world!

@@JCARTSARTS982 It's all good Jordan. 👍 Ish happens. Kudos to you for acknowledging it.
Whole place is a scandal, especially Cody and Satori, wonder what happened to those jerks
Skipping a court hearing could give you a warrant for arrest in some states.

Yes, I agree. It's Paige, not the owner for the 2 months.
It's even worse than that Jordan. She threatened the manager Paige to fire her if she didn't operate the house.
Nice Hairdo Jcart😂
This woman leaves me speechless… I don't even know what to say except from unbelievable 🙈😩🤦🏼♀️

They can't charge the manager!? That's totally unfair!
Actually, it's not. She was aware that they were not meant to be trading so is equally culpable.

The 200 dollars is prob a warning be worse next time
The state needs to quit playing around this is just ridiculous. Its time to crack down on her.
We may want her to be fined a higher amount but keep in mind the court is bound by limits they can charge for any offense.
Cody and Satori were the worst part about the conjuring house
Jordan I think she is getting the small amount of $200 fined to her because I think that's what they start out with. I think it gets progressively worse if she continues to do what she does.
An absolute joke, Nunez is taking the piss, literally 😑
They should take the house from her and get her serious help
why should they steal her property? the help i agree with......but what legal reason would they have to take the house?
@jigsawgotem she's not taking cake of it, and it's a historic place that's why. And has that stopped the bank/ government before from taking homes from people for less, and if she's not paying her employees do you think she's even paying on the house?
Muwahaha
WHY DOES THIS TRANSLATE TO SADNESS?
@ all my comments equal sadness.🤫

@PinUpDeadDolly I worked for Walmart for 6 years I know the struggle
I think if Paige has any smarts, she leaves. JN put her right in the middle. Its her fault. I did not tell her to open the house. Just saying.
They should just take the conjuring house away from her and Jordan I just love your videos so much you are one of my favorite TH-camrs in the whole world!
Wow I clicked on this in under a minute of posting. 😮
The judge doing that sentencing was for Paige, not Jacquline.
It’s pronounced “Tee-bow-dough”
The name is pronounced Thib-a-doe
Pretty sure the H is silent.
