T-Boz is the voice of TLC. I believe TLC is the first group to have a lead singer that sings at a lower register which is one of the reasons why they stood out from the other girl groups from the 90s. TLC was everything!!!!! T-Boz, Left Eye and Chilli forever.

Her and Chili have always been amazing at imitating Lisa. They would do it when she was alive and right in her face and the three of them would crack up laughing so hard! I miss Lisa and TLC, I was obsessed with them growing up! I was the left eye of my friends group and I was devastated when she passed away. We need more girl groups like TLC but there haven’t been any since TLC and Destiny’s Child.

I always admired T-Boz, because she rose above her battle with Sickle cell, and she remained strong after a tumultuous relationship (marriage). Plus, she is Beautiful and talented.

She survived a brain tumor too
As a child she was told that she would be disabled. That she would never have children. That she wouldn’t live past the age of 30. Now, shes toured the world and is the lead singer of The Greatest Female Group the world has ever known, TLC. Her daughter Chase, is 21 years old. Age adopted her son Chance 6 years ago. This past April 26th, she celebrated her 52nd birthday!!!! Shes a walking miracle.
Guys i have sickle cell as well hence me referencing just that part of her life. Im well aware of her life story
So did Prodigy of Mobb Deep had sickle cell. He passed away way too young RIP.
She has sickle cell beta thalassemia, which is a combination of sickle cell from her mother and beta thalassemia from her dad. Sickle cell alone is incredibly painful and debilitating so I can only imagine how much she’s been through. Plus, in 2009 she revealed that she had been battling a potentially fatal brain tumor. In 2006, she was diagnosed with a grape-sized ‘acoustic neuroma’ on her vestibular nerve that affected her balance, weight, hearing, sight, and facial movement. She had it removed and it affected her balance and paralyzed one side of her face. But Tionne has fought so damn hard to overcome both and continue performing like the bada** she is!!
T-Boz seem like a very grounded person. I pray for her continued health and blessings.

T-box literally said I don’t want to raise any grown men. He proceeds to say men don’t know what they don’t know. she has literally written songs about what kind of man she wants and needs. No scrubs, no dirty nails, no dogs. She’ll be ready when a man can fill her cup. Until then, she’s filling it on her own.
This is what I love about her. 100% real all the time. No fakeness! No facade! No unnecessary body altering to be something she's not. I so love this about her. "Grown Azz Woman" looks good on her. Her thoughts about being submissive to a man is spot on. Many men want to lead but don't know how.

As soon as T Boz said something about a man with dirty nails, I remembered "Poetic Justice." I have been teaching my son to keep his nails clean (have nail clippers and filer and little scissors in several places at home.) When she said, she wants to be loved special, "Love Me In A Special Way", immediately played in my head.

I respect T-Boz for holding her ground about her views on dating and relationships. It's not shallow to want a man to have basic hygiene, it's the bare minimum. Some men will not be satisfied until they guilt trip every woman out of her standards. Dating is not a charity. It's okay to want what you want. It doesn't matter how anyone else feels about it because you'd be the one living with the consequences, not outsiders.

TLC is my favorite girl group of all time. They were always themselves , didn’t let the music industry define them, and they did things their way..plus they had a real friendship. Was it perfect? No, but her and chilli are still going strong 30 years later. 🙏🏽💪🏽
T-Boz is what's up. She straight up told the truth about that shot. I heard that from EVERYBODY who had pre-existing conditions before taking that shot. Glad she's alive and well.
Fully, lots of data is coming out about the side effects of the shot and especially that ppl with lower immune systems shouldn’t have gotten it .

What i get irritated with her now about is, i think she feels her voice isn’t a treasure & the majority of her performances are lip synced. People have to be healed, whole and healthy before they come into a relationship if they expect to have a healthy relationship with anyone. Otherwise they're going to drag their baggage, trauma and toxicity into the relationship eventually risking destroying it. Do the necessary work first.
This entire interview was FYE'R! Super koo conversation w/ a super cool woman. As a person living well w/ Sickle Cell Disease, I was glad to hear You & T-Boz chop it up for a minute about the it. It was interesting to me to hear her experience getting Covid w/ the disease too. Now I'm interested in her CBD, and the "Good AsBuger" spot. I often wonder if vegan food would be better for a person w/ Sickle Cell?
The conversation with Cam and T Boz is interesting.
TBoz was my favourite one of the group because of her tomboy look and personality. Her voice is so iconic and folks don't realize her voice was different. Glad that TBoz explained why she stayed single and that's okay and men do have insecurities. I stand with her. Don't be in a relationship to babysit. Having a good relationship should not about provide money.. it's trust and communication and many folks be lying and such so she's right. Men should not be intimidated by a women who have expectations as well. For Tboz, she wants clean nails, just respect that and do your part. Clean nails are good too. Especially of her sickness, she needs to be clean. It shouldn't be a discussion. Be clean, shower, clean up.
Cam needs to bump that 90s R&B and Hip Hop. A lot of catching up to do. The 90s was no joke! As for men getting enhancements, calf implants is what I see a lot in Cali.

i’m 40, my first CD ever bought (at sam goodie 😂) to replace my cassette tapes was TLC! and that red album i think “crazy sexy cool” was the name, omg it’s still a killer album start to finish! that and The janet jackson album with her topless in black/white on the cover, have stayed on rotation my entire life to this day!!!! timeless!

Yooooooooooooooo I had my worst Sickle cell crisis ever Jan of this year , I was vaccinated in October of last year .. .. I never even thought about that until now . I was hospitalized twice a few weeks apart , both very horrible stays. I haven't been hospitalized since 2018 before then smh

I can understand where she’s coming from when she spoke on behinds not keeping men home, but let’s not act like being a good woman. Cooking, Cleaning, Good Heart, etc is keeping them home neither.
These dudes have access to the internet that provides a variety of women that they can sleep with. Even though they won’t be able to sleep with all there’s still “Some” that they will be able to get.
People first need to work on themselves. Remove greed & selfishness & everything else from their desires. Then they are willing to appreciate the sh’t that truly matters. People think they got so many options, when it’s not reality at all.
So the illusion of “ I have a chance “ to get that is at a all time high. And people think it only takes money, when it only takes money to get a mf who only want it & that becomes their way of life.

Love love love T-Boz and TLC for life… Now as for Cam Newton… it’s crazy to me how he was trying to sway/persuade to basically accept and have “patience” to innerstand men who don’t listen and refuse to be a true a** person. Now, as far as letting a man know about ur personal physical pet peeves that u think he can improve on, I’m kinda here for that if that man is receptive to such but if not then idk I might side with T-Boz cause there are certain physical deal breakers speaking realistically.
I love that T-Boz stood her ground (like a true Taurus) and elaborated and explained her LOGICAL reasonings. No one should try and stay with someone who does not understand a healthy love and their love languages etc.
Two people that love each other can end up not liking each other yet staying together. That’s a dangerous game, it can either lead to being miserable together forever or a fatal domestic dispute. U can try with a person all day but if it’s not in them it’s not in them period. We all got traumas and a story… So live in it & express it 💯.
