Gecho’s bio: With the ablility to mimic (or echo) any monster’s sound, the prehistoric-reminiscent Gecho is often mistaken for another monster by the blind listener. This giddy monster is always happy to lend a helping hand (or foot) to any monster in need. Extraordinary!
I bet Gecho is somewhat related to Stogg. He has the same elements as Stogg, has those crystals that glow up and make synth like noises. Edit: So it is confirmed that he is related to Stogg. And my theory is that Gecho may be the predecessor of Stogg or just an evolution of Stogg.
One of my favorite parts of this whole island is Bowgart’s idle animation. Something about it is just so amazing. I can tell you worked very hard on that animation. 10/10
I seriously wonder how the middle part of the body moves like that and how it feels for the Gecho to do that. Also random useless bio: From woodwind and pianos to bagpipes and even dramatic booms, the versatile Gecho can produce sounds with extraordinary resemblance to the real thing! To do this, the Gecho undergoes its own specially-adapted "photosynthesis" - it absorbs Light and converts it to energy it can use to vibrate its body, giving it its unique, perplexing patterns. These vibrations then travel to the crystalline spines it sports on its head and are stored in a special hollow chamber each spine possesses. When the Gecho is ready to play, it releases the stored vibrations into the air in different ways to produce its sound - or, should we say sounds, e-"MIDI"-ng dazzling flashes of light from its spines in the process. Gechos believe that using their acoustic prowess to produce sound effects for Monster film production is "not worth their time" and they often tell monsters who request them to do so to "just use 'stalk' sounds". Whatever that means.

I got a really good idea for the lost landscapes and somehow incorporating this. You would have a “fog” so to speak that covers the whole world and as you level up it clears more. As you scroll from the marsh to another island, the song from one can fade out and another can fade it. Think angry birds transformers.

what i meant is that this monsters has a variety of different instruments,attmoz is an eletric guitar and just talks(same with shugabush but it's a mandolin and hyehehe being an organ)

Fan Bio for Gecho since it doesn't have one yet: The extraordinary Gecho is a magical quad related to another lizard like creature from another dimension and has similar feature to a lizard that loves to play some bones to make a bell like sound and a dinosaur like monster with that fire and earth element, the Gecho can camouflage in any environment to catch some Fly-Zats, but due to it being related to the light element, it gives off a glow scaring it's prey but not for long, the Fly-Zats will become hypnotized by the glow giving the Gecho a tasty snack and helping clean the environment by using it's stretchable spine to clean the minds of the Fly-Zats and eat it's bad thoughts, the Gecho was also thought to be extinct, but with the help of the monster handlers, the creature was rediscovered.
Well fun fact: if you didn’t know the four magical islands (excluding magical sanctum) so light islands titan came from the prism dimension and the titan of psychic island came from the thumpieverse (where the thumpies originated from) and faerie islands titan originated from the dimension of thingia and magical sanctum is in the same pocket dimension as ethereal island but its unknown where bone island originated from

This sounds so wonderful. Gecho is one of my favorite fanmade monsters, it’s just such an interesting and well-executed concept. This island also sounds so good so far, the mammott impression is actually just perfect. Only monster that I was unsure about was toe jammer, the first doo-wada doo seems to have a little delay that feels a bit unbalanced to me, but that’s more of a nitpick. Wonderful island 🎉
Suggestion: I think quibble could be good on this island and duet bowgart. I think it could sound really good. Another suggestion: Floogull. I think some added brass from one of the best monsters could really add a nice touch to this island. If you add them, W. If not, it’s okay.
This actually fits the msm style or at least the dawn of fire style pretty well and it’s sorta like the mimic + it goes into the group with the geological dinosaurs sorta (trox, stogg, and repitillo) witch is my favorite
The song so far is looking out to be one of my favorite songs of the game. It’s like a slow meandering waltz, it feels like the song form of tiredness or being burnt out but in a good way. Edit: people are saying this should be in TLL but i’ll have to disagree. The game already has enough content to make it interesting and doesn’t need more islands. Plus, this could be like calamity island where it’s not made for TLL but is just a fanmade island.
Oh my god i love him By the way, I had an idea for a monster. Rather than making a sound, it distorts the sounds of the island, like muffling the sound or changing reverb, bass, treble, pitch, etc. idk i thought it would be cool to have a monster that alters sounds rather than producing sound.

Are you aware, with a gecho, some or almost all of the monsters will lose their game because they are replaced by a gecho. Midi can almost imitate all the instruments in the world. That meant being able to mimic the sounds of other monsters, except maybe the sounds that came from acapella or similar couldn't be replicated.
To be fair, the specific midi library used is one that sounds really cheap, so quality would be lost if it took the roles of all the instrumental monsters
I'm hear not comment on how great gecho and this island sounds so far (it is really good keep it up😉) but I'm hear to request the possibility of a radish island remake as not only is it a classic but its melody Is so good and could sound really great if it where extended and had a few more monsters on it!

When I first watched this, Maw sounded bad and weird. Now, randomly I sing Maw's, Toe Jammer's, Mammot's, and Potbelly's lines.
