Edward thanks for these video. I will honestly say these free videos are the best free videos on the internet. They are even better than some paid content. I have a PMP test coming up later this month and went through a PMP Prep course that was video based. I have learned more from these free videos than I did in that prep course becaue the way you explain the information is from a practical and real use method.These videos combined with the PMBOK, Rita's exam prep book and an exam simulator should be the only four pieces anyone should need to pass. Thank you for putting the time in to make this and for making it free.

If you break the whole project into small delivery steps, where each is being done in around 2 weeks, then we could call these small delivery steps ITERATIONS. The Arabic translation is تكرار which is partially correct. However, you are not repeating the same exact deliverable over and over. Instead, you are moving forward and completing more of the same deliverable with each iteration so you can complete the full solution, or the iteration could be a new small deliverable that will lead to the full solution being developed. Think of sliced bread, where each slice is a part of the whole loaf of bread.

What is the meaning of iteration? When we have iteration 1,2,3,.. what do mean in Arabic please, could u give me an example please🙏?
