3:59 I KNEW I wasn't the only one experiencing crashes at the wheel segment! I finally figured it out tho, after all these years. It's their stupid anti-piracy. The same thing happened to me when I played it on my emulator. The only time I got it working right was when I played it on my Original model PS2.
