A kickass remis of the stage theme of my favorite robot master of the main line. Also special thanks to Daniel Vallie who came up with Knight Man's design. It looks like something from a Castlevania game.
I think Mega Man X was designed as a SNES only Mega Man to take advantage of the new features. And Capcom assumed they could keep doing what they were doing and release Mega Man games on the NES at the same time. Eventually they realized that people considered the SNES an upgrade rather than a companion so they made Mega Man 7 on the SNES. That's my theory anyway.
@@brainfreeze91 I know Mega Man 3 onwards were released after the Super NES was released, but 6 was the only one that was actively rushed because it was on an outdated console. They didn't seem to learn about time management/console relevancy with MM&B though (released 2 years after the N64 was released). Silly Capcom.
... I wish I had found this sooner. These are awesome arrangements, man. Loving everything I've heard so far. Especially enjoy that you're using such a vast array of SNES sound fonts. You can really hear the Final Fantasy 6 instrumentation in the bass line after the intro, and then you've got that X1 trumpet after that. Absolutely lovely. The intro part even reminds me of level.... 6? of Zombies ate my Neighbors. (The level with the castle. I can't remember which level it was exactly. :v)
Awesome! Knight Man is among my favorite robot masters too. Do you have any plans to touch on any of the fan games? MM Unlimited, Rock Force, or Super Fighting Robot? It might seem a tad odd arranging for a fan game, but the above 3 have some phenomenal tracks

If you’re getting Castlevania vibes from this, listen to the complete works version. That has much more of a Castlevania feel to it. Not saying this one is bad though.
