I have the problem, that this temporary citation ( with these strange signs at the beginning) occures in just one chapter of my text. I fixed all the options as shown in the video and in works in every chapter except the one. I opend a new chapter and wanted to copy the text and fill in the citation (with the right option settings from the video) but it didn´t work either. Does anybody know what my problem is and how to fix it? :(
