Sooji (Semolina) ka Halwa

    Ingredients:
    Sooji / Semolina (1 Cup)
    Desi Ghee (1 Cup)
    Sugar (1 Cup)
    Water (4 Cups)
    Roughly Chopped Dry Fruits (Optional) - Cashew Nuts, Almonds, Raisins
    Important Tips:
    1. For Measurements: Sooji = Ghee = Sugar and Water = 4 times Sooji
    2. Stir the Mixture throughout to avoid from getting Burnt
    3. To be Extra Careful while adding Water to Sooji (better to use a long Spatula)
    4. Sugar and Ghee can be adjusted as per taste
    5. If fine Sooji, 3.5 cups water will be fine, but if with bigger granules use 4 times water and after getting cooked, cover the pan for a minute for better water absorption
