- Join Molly Baz and Bon Appétit Editor-in-Chief Adam Rapoport in the Test Kitchen as they make broccoli bolognese with orecchiette. Broccoli and sausage pair up for an indulgent veg-heavy pasta dinner. We generally use sweet Italian sausage, but like any legit weeknight meal, the recipe is flexible, so play around with your favorite style.

You are sooooo right
Yeah when he added the garlic before the sausage I was thinking, "boy his cooking school must be embarrassed!"

Kariane Breden I’m waiting for one of these videos to come out and suddenly we’re getting notifications that molly no longer works there bc rappo doesn’t seem like someone who can take any kind of criticism- especially if it’s legitimate.
he's so overly confident and not willing to listen to the professional, it's frustrating to watch
"this guy's an amateur"
Rapo: I'm not a professional chef -
Molly mouths "We know"

I cant believe they actually uploaded this shade filled episode looool
Carlijn Rutten it’s so shady I had to take a break lmfao
Up there with the pork pabello one with molly's shadey pinned comment👀😂
this video aged so badly
Broccoli Bolognese with a side of Roasted Rappo.
This should totally be its own serie
@Tim Evans Thanks, can't believe I missed that.
this really took "BA Kitchen is just cooking The Office" to a whole other level
Adam Rapo = Michael Scott ...? I have mixed feelings about that...
Adam is totally Michael Scott in this video! XD
When Adam told Andy to go find somewhere else to make food I felt that, I suddenly remembered all the offhand remarks from all my bosses that would be discussed during gossip breaks.
Omg I feel this comment in my soul
adam: *does anything*
molly: ??? what are you dOING
She came across quite patronising, probably unintentional
@@ThatPaulBlake That's how they do it in the streets
he's probably a great guy but i'd never work with him in a kitchen. too much talk and so much uncertainty: the correct pan, the garlic before sausage, sharing the cutting board... let's just order some take out.
Molly is so obnoxious. I've always found her unlikeable.
That's Molly humour omg don't over think it guys.
By my count, Molly has done about 48 "Jim" stares at the camera during this video
"Jim" 😂 hilarious.
I do the “Jim” stare into a fake camera in my classroom at least once a day. I feel her.
Pretty sure Adam is the Michael Scott of the BATK.
and all this time I was waiting for the „thats what she said“ call. i mean „its so hard not to touch it“ come oon

This was hands down the most anxiety filled episode I ever experienced and I watched the 3 part series for sourdough donuts 😂
Whitley Lewis but that was fun!!! This felt too many chefs in the kitchen....better yet one chef in the kitchen & a night class person who wants to burn garlic in the beginning!! Haha
Yes thank you for recognizing the anxiety of the donuts video but then also recognizing this is so anxiety driving lolol
Wow. Wow. Wow. Did that really happen? This wasn’t a video for April Fools?

I think Molly is almost ready to brown and caramelize Adam's face
DIRTY LAUGHTER
Best comment yet. I'd lock him in the freezer and not feel bad about it at all.
This is a perfect example of too many cooks in the kitchen.
And adam is already like 3 cooks in one because he went to cooking school and plays the acoustic guitar.
Possibly one too many. Adam doesn't seem to work well in a busy kitchen and seemed not to like Andy working right behind him.
@@thisiswilson I wouldn't care one way or the other. Even when he started up the grinder, it wasn't a distraction from what was going on. If it weren't for Adam's bringing attention to him, I wouldn't have noticed. That's what distracted me from the content, not the grinder.

She could probably do that with 350 degree fryer oil, spend enough time in a professional kitchen and pain is irrelevent.
@@alexclark4792 No you cannot do that with oil, and especially not with 350 degree oil. With most sauces and soups you can dip your finger in and move your finger to your mouth quickly the air cools it before it burns you, chefs do it all the time. But oil or caramel, a can get way hotter than boiling water and b are too sticky and actually insulates your finger in it and thus will burn you, especially if it is hotter than boiling water.
