I love the music, but I think that, when you sing as a team or group, your movements and facial expressions are better when harmonized. It is not very ok when each member makes his own or her own movement or dances uniquely. The audience gets distracted from the message of the song and starts comparing how each one dances. That is the reason you wear uniformly, thus to show harmony. Therefore synchronize movement and hand postures or gestures and facial mimic. Otherwise great performance. God bless and guide you.
