@@AsimS92 not sure about Uber Pakistan but in India Uber is a full fledged MNC. Your participation might be voluntary but you will need to maintain certain decorum and guidelines issued by the company so professionalism pretty much counts..
@@AsimS92 Also the Uber ride does not pay them a lot.. most of the Uber riders have other income sources as well so they are not totally dependent on it

The rating system, complaint system, and all are also here. At the start when Uber and Careem came to Pakistan, at that time everything was very formal and drivers used to urge to give 5 stars but now it's normal so along with this rating criteria. All these chats conversation is normal.

that stars wala system is also here but some uber drivers are hilarious!!! uber drivers have time for this chat after accepting a ride and if they wanna come they will otherwise they ll try their best to make excuses through these chats.

This might be too funny for you but for us it is normal day today conversation. Like when I used to take uber I used to sit in front seat with the driver and instant friendship.
Yes there is a star rating system but trust me we pakistanis specially the people of Karachi doesn't take any shit. People here are very candid and straight forward. But no driver or food service rider will ever use foul language apart from exceptions. the word BHAE highlighted by tanmay is an alternate way of typing "Bhai" and we use it very often.
