- This healing is designed to make your aura stronger. This is a great one if you feel like you are getting corded easily, have poor energetic boundaries, struggle with energy vampires, or want your energetic field to be stronger.

My aura is very porous. I am easily attacked by negative energy. I know this is due to soul damage. I did a prayer for soul cleansing earlier. I use this regularly
i too have very extreme soul damage. had my own energy constantly drained and fragmented and stolen by narcissists and abusers (especially one in particular) since birth and i've been working my entire life to get it all back. this healing makes such a difference. i don't get corded nearly as much now and feel so much more secure in all my own energy. I can feel myself gradually coming back to myself and it's an invaluable feeling

If we receive reiki healing of multiple things like aura cleansing ,then strengthing then other topic.. each time do we need to drink water after every session?
As long as you are drinking water throughout the day, it should be fine. :-)

Hi Susan would you be able to do a reiki video for bipolar or mental illness and also people who obsessively collect junk?
Let me think about this one. I am not sure a general mini healing for mental illness is wise. Private sessions are much better suited for that, but I will talk to my guides and see what comes of it. Thank you for your suggestion. :-)
