Attention anyone who wants to hear some real shit…Men and women are equal but sometimes the tables get turned and even a man feels like shit under the thumb of an abusive partner. But I needed to speak up publicly in a very “civil” way. I’ve been afraid of my feelings and how to describe them publicly for many years. As you know I’m a very private person. All of you have been apart of my journey, which is a book I could never have written without you all. so this is a chapter of truth.
I hope you listen to it from a human point of view. Men are not always the aggressors…we are the victims too.
It doesn’t make me any less of a man to admit this to anyone tonight.
I’m sorry to put a downer on something so beautiful as music when I’m about to show you a song/video about this fucked up shit that happened to me that could very well happen to you. Which I pray it doesn’t…All I’m going to say is that if we are all equal then let’s act like it. You don’t have to be silent.

Lukas I am so sorry you suffered through this. Men are often shamed and told they aren't being abused because they are 'physically' stronger that is BS! Just because a woman is physically weaker does NOT make them not an abusive partner. I am SO proud of you for speaking up and keeping it civil...

Agreed...I've known men who have been physically abused by women...they're not only disregarded but ridiculed...it's about time we start supporting ALL people :)
