I don’t think 324 died actually in the first place, because, as you can see he spits blood after and moves. It is though 100% dead, because after they die, they get incinerated, and eather if not, there would be no one to save him.
It's probably his hair, you can see his roots are his natural hair color, and the way his hair is colored reminds me of how bleached dark hair can look. Mine was blonde too when i first bleached it!
