DSSSB physical test | | (PET/SKILL TEST) real video

- DSSSB (DELHI SUBORDINATE SERVICES SELECTION BOARD) - PET/SKILL TEST for the POST of :- ASSISTANT SUPERINTENTEND, conducted on dated : 20 feb 2019 at mayur vihar phase 2, delhi - 110091. There were hundreds of candidates who came for the test and 50-80 candidates cleared the running test. only limited candidates cleared all the test including high jump and long jump.
NOTE :- MALE:- high jump : 3.6 feet & long jump : 13.0 feet
FEMALE:- high jump : 3.0 feet & long jump : 9.0 feet
three chances will be given for both.
All test were gone through videography.
There is a digital LED clock on the race track where you can easily monitor your elapsed time.
You can carry your bag inside the center to put your articles in it. I will suggest you to have some glucose water just before the running test.

dost eska 1 round 400 meter ka hai or apko 4 round pure krne hain....or aap koi b shoes phen sakte ho jo apko comfortable ho, vaise sports shoes better rahenge.

Physical Endurance Test :-
1. 1600 meters race in 06 minutes and 30 seconds.
Note:- Those who qualify in the race shall be further eligible to appear in the following test:-
(i) High Jump:- 3’6’’ (to be achieved in any one of the three chances that will be given).
(ii) Broad/Long Jump:- 13.0 feet (to be achieved in any one of the three chances that will be given).
