- In this essay I explain the differences between The Philosophy of Individualism & Individualist Anarchist and Max Stirner’s Philosophy of Egoism. Historical figures mentioned in this essay are Max Stirner, GFW Hegel, Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels, Ludwig Feuerbach, Bruno Bauer, John Locke, John Stuart Mill, Benjamin Tucker, Ayn Rand and Emma Goldman.
I, myself, consider myself an egoist anarchist (for what that definition is worth).

Loved it. Well worth the wait.
Great video. Hope youre feeling better!
thank you. I do.
I've seen your videos on Democracy & Feminism. Along with this one. Other than the voice over volume being low & no captions. They're good videos. You're going places. We need more video essays from an Egoist perspective.
Is the audio getting better though?
Its weird because I listen to them and I can hear it fine.
@@recurringparadox It is but the more I think about it. I think the background music could be a little lower.
@@OfficialRJCervantes lol its literally at 5/100 and my voice is at 200.
@@OfficialRJCervantes i really want to keep sound for atmosphere but I will provide captions from now on. Thanks for your feedback. Its really helpful.
nice video 👏
I have a philosophy exam in 2 days and Ethical Egoism might come up I am practically praying this video helps.
I hope so. Let me know if I can help.
@@recurringparadox the topic in philosophy is Ethical Egoism more generally and the question that might come up is “Ethical Egoism inevitably leads to moral evil” Evaluate this statement. In the course they do lump Thomas Hobbes and Ayn Rand into it too (even though the point of the video was literally that you can’t do that) but I’d be really curious about what you’d think of that question and what main points you’d use to either agree with or refute it and why because you’ve not read a textbook you’ve actually read Stirner. Also I loved the video it was so interesting I went and read the article afterwards too and I’m definitely gonna use parts of it in my exam answer if it comes up (I hope that’s alright with you).
