Okay so funny story.
When I was younger, like 6-7, my grandma didn't speak a lot of English. So one day we went to the store and got some groceries. When we got to the car, she forgot something and asked me to go into the store and get "papas", which means potatoes. So I went in and got a sack of potatoes. Then she started laughing so hard, telling me she meant "chips" which papas can also mean.
Yeah... I can relate to this too much...
