Hi So our cable car got cancelled then moved to a different area with a higher cost. So ive booked us the troll car on that day instead. So im taking i can book when there instead? If so do you think ill be able to do both in a day? X
You can indeed. I wouldn't like to say. We managed to fit in 2. I suppose it depends on how long the troll cars is. But the company in the port were brilliant. The Skylift is as long as you want to be at the top, we stretched it out a bit too. Have the best time whatever you decide 🥰
Hi. when you went on the cable car trip you said you used the tour that was waiting outside the ship not the P&O tour. Did you know it was gong to be there, pre booked your tickets or did you just wing it, how do you pay for the non P&O trips, cash or card? what currency should we take? I really want to do this trip but the ship price is expensive. Really enjoying your vlogs, thanks.
Hi Rachel, we did a (little) bit of research but we did just wing it. The company were outside the ship at the port and were very organised, a few to choose from but we knew we wanted to do the Skylift (it was great) I have a Chase card and my friend had Revolut so we used those (contactless) as there's no fee. We didn't take any cash at all and just used the cards. Might be worth noting that we had or mobile data at no additional cost (I'm with Vodafone and it's in Zone 1 so my contract was inclusive in Norway...we were able to check our accounts straight away for the prices) We saved about £30 per person by doing it ourselves but obviously if you do the ship excursion you've got the guarantee of the ship not leaving without you. We had plenty of time left though and even did another (short) tour. Have an amazing time...when do you go? 🥰
