McKinsey partner round case interview example (part 3 - FINAL)

This is the last of three videos where we go through a full McKinsey partner round case interview, analyze the performance of the candidate, and comment on typical mistakes that other candidates make (if you haven't watched part 1 and 2 yet, please go back and do so as they have all the context).
In this video, part 3, we wrap up the case with quantitative analysis, synthesis, and communication of recommendation.
Anders, a former McKinsey partner leads the interview, and Anna, a former McKinsey engagement manager plays the role of the candidate. The case is a real case that has been used with hundreds of candidates in McKinsey interviews (but is no longer an active case and therefore not confidential in any way)
If you watch all three videos, you will get a good sense for how a typical McKinsey case interview with a partner might look like, and understand what good performance in the interview is all about.
