I have been to Great Brittan and have seen a lot of coaches like Emily's and they look great behind the Lynn. I don't mind that they are different gauges, for a European styled train, they look great together.
Just a clarification to the newbies, like me, who are trying to figure out large scale: the Lyn and these coaches are the same gauge. . .they all run on 45mm, #1-gauge track. They might be different scales. . .I haven't figured that part out yet.
a very nice reiew of Emaily coaches i am thinking of getting one for my balwin lyn tank engine do you think its posable to fit a nucle couper to one end as it crultly runing with one ?
They looks pretty good together.

YES! Finally Emily! I've been waiting for this forever!
They Must Have Been Destined to Match! Gardentrains should get more of these coaches!
Emily's Coaches are standard gauge. The Lynton and Barnstaple locomotive is narrow gauge. I expected better, the two contrast so much!
It looks like a light railway train from the 1890s and the 1910s.

Are the bodies of the Emily Coaches same size as the Annie & Clarabel Coaches? I can see a chassis swap to make these into 4-wheel coaches.
@hartleymartin The roof pieces are interchangeable, so I don't see why the chassis should be different.
Maybe get more coaches and make a long passenger train!
That would be fun!!!
Looks like the puffing billy
would it be possible to run Lyn off batteries & RC equipment inside the coaches?
Can u use the little hook instead of the coupler
