    See this is why you get Fassbender for something like this, he'll get into the character like you cannot believe. He's a great character-actor that can play lead cause he's also very likeable and charismatic.

    "..And I studied Aston Kutcher." Ouch xD
    Then again, that explains why you've only been nominated and have not actually won lol
    In all seriousness, Michael was beyond outstanding! By the first ten minutes, you completely forget that it's Fassy. As much as I'm pleased that Leo won his awards, Michael is unbelievably talented, versatile, and bold! He deserves all of the praise that has been coming his way these last few years and I hope nothing but the best for him :)

      dnek1 This one is scoring 7.7 on imbd, while ashton's is scoring 5.9. On Letterboxd, 65% of people gave 4/5 stars or more, ashton's had only 8%. Metascore 82/100, while ashton's 42/100. It seems this one is being much better received.

      +dnek1 it's a solid movie. `the relationship between jobs and joanna', that's a very common dynamic. sort of like Sierra Madre, not commercially successful but culturally massive.

    Oh shit... at 20:56 Walter Isaacson says, "Josh's character, Wozniak..."
    Josh Gad played Steve Wozniak in the 2013 Jobs movie starring Ashton Kutcher.
    Seth Rogen plays Steve Wozniak in this one.

    I don't think Seth was high but nervous being around people and to say anything stupid, as it's a serious film compared to his other roles.

    • @markbinder9666
      @markbinder9666 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The final moment the entire movie ties itself together Jobs and Lisa finding the love that was always there below the surface the truth the power of that love the ultimate meaning of their lives and it's like everyone contributed so greatly to that discovery no other film has ever portrayed the power of video as this film did such a wonderful study of human emotions Sorkin Boyle the cast utterly beautifully done.

    As I watch the trailer Fassbender's energy does feel very much like Jobs' even if he seemed at first distractingly unlike him. The contacts definitely helped and even his voice is slightly transformed into a similar cadence to what the man had.
