In the Skeleton dungeon there is the demon chest that gives you stuff in exchange for health. If you get max health, spend it all on that chest for droids, EMPs, attack+ and scrolls, and if you then reload the game, it will place you outside the dungeon with all the stuff you bought and all the health you spent. I don't think they patched it, but you can test it with a few hearts beforehand.
The artifact that kills skeletons is called a Holy relic, and you can get it randomly in a big chest, so just avoid those if you want to not acquire it.
If you make spirit orbs, you can gain health or a level. (Along with other things) The blood altar below has a chance to give insanity for a heart, which gives 3 levels. So use spirit orbs for health, then use blood altar for levels

i wonder if spiky insta kill thingy work on skelitons if it does the you can get necro rod and spawn skelitons and watch the kills them selfs whenever they are born into existence you can also get bones to sell
