屋子位于Singapore Eastcreek Canberra♠️
2 Room BTO New House：
客厅和房间的地上重新overlay了vinyl flooring。
整间家的颜色以白色为主，些许的蒙面黑和木纹来配搭。
厨房橱配搭了Blum的抽屉，内外都是惊喜，充分的利用了厨房有限的空间，加上厨房上橱和下橱之间的墙壁也采用了桌面Mable纹路的Quartz，纹路链接了上去，整体效果几乎100分❤️
客厅空间较小，所以做了一套Full height storage橱come with Tv console & feature wall，也充分了利用客厅有限的空间❤️
房间衣橱也有惊喜，在橱的侧面也是路口处的地方做了一个小收纳空间❤️
除了我负责的软装，也有和屋主进行沟通，帮忙负责硬装，从淘宝上购买了许多配件，灯饰和家具，搭配到天衣无缝😆👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Ceiling looking high👍 .. most bto ceiling like prison
I think is because the ceiling we do thin abit , usually most of the BTO ceiling height is around 2550mm
I couldnt believe kitchen is 2 room BTO's. Seems more spacious than a 4 room

Sometimes camera trick. The 2-Rm type not spacious and the kitchen is very small.
Some 2 room Flexi has windows on the left so I think can only do lower cabinet with counter space.
Ya… different area new BTO the layout are different , so sometime will base on the floor plan to plan it☺️

Hi , usually accessories is owner choose and buy by themself.
Buy I can tell you that the hood is brandt and stove is Teka brand.

Hi bro😄👋🏻 Depends on using what kind of material , for this house including everything that you say , the renovation the total price will be $25-$30k👍🏻 Inside part of the kitchen cabinet that we using is - Blum accessories so the pricing is depend what model of the Blum that we using. Whole renovation from start to finish all is about 6-8weeks , in 2 months will be done all😄👏🏻👌🏻

G T Erm... won’t 🙋🏻♂️ I think got window rain won’t come in and we can tinted the window to decrease the sun light came in👌🏻 But this house kitchen not direct facing the sun so don’t have this kind of problem👍🏻
If your neighbours are also singles then it's very nice. But some living next door could be large families living in small homes. Then it'll be noisy and rowdy.

Hi I have plans to do a platform bed style for bed room. Want to have a study/work table in the room really have no idea how to do about it. Do u have other prj?
Maybe need to draw out on the floor plan..
Imagine that you can do a platform first, in front the bed there you can do a suspended study table and below it don't do platform, so that got place to let your leg put.

the ID is amateur .. cos a experienced ID will never put the built-in oven next to fridge cos the fridge works harder when oven is cooking. There no much allowances when you open the fridge door. The kitchen too cramp, only 1 drawer can open , you had to close it then open the 2nd drawer. The kitchen is superb, but only can accommodate 1 person. This is a 2 room flat, LESS is more.
New BTO kitchen and washing machine outlet and inlet already is at the position so when planning the kitchen also need to considering about it. And tall unit want to be at which area also need to considering the space , the outlook. There are no any problem for the fridge door. But drawer got a benefit that casement door don’t have , when you open drawer you can saw the most behind items , but casement door if you put many things inside the most inside you can’t see.

The vinyl flooring is from Evorich Vinyl and code name is Elegance Vinyl by Diva's EE-08 Winter Powter.
The price of kitchen cabinet is depend on feet and the accessories that owner decided to use , so don't have a actual or fix price , I am sorry...

Omg. Very tacky bed linen. What happens ? Total mismatch with the rest of the room. Bathroom faucet. Gold. And the shape and design looks antiquated. Clashes with yr overall modern design.
