How I wish such legal luminary like Mr Siddharth Dave Sir speaks on why a lawless State like Bihar which is the home state of incumbent Chairman of Supreme Court Bar Association of India Mr Vikas Singh has not even a single HC Bench and Uttar Pradesh which is the most populated State with maximum number of pending cases and still has just one Bench and that too so near to Allahabad at Lucknow only and nowhere else and not just this the 30 districts of West UP have been attached with not Lucknow but with Allahabad which is 230 km away from Lucknow which means in average the litigants of West UP have to travel whole night and half day all the way to Allahabad to seek justice? Also why Maharashtra which is the home state of incumbent CJI Dr Dhananjay Yashwant Chandrachud has maximum number of Benches and this despite the irrefutable fact that it tops the State list in the latest justice index ranking list! Justice Jaswant Singh Commission headed by former Supreme Court Judge Justice Jaswant Singh recommended three HC Benches for undivided UP yet not one created and Maharashtra which already had multiple HC Benches was given one more at Aurangabad in Maharashtra in 1985 as recommended! Why such a worst discrimination has gone unnoticed for such a long time? Why West UP owes for more than half of the total number of pending cases and still has not even a single HC Bench? Why a peaceful State like Karnataka has multiple HC Benches and in 2008 two Benches created in one go for just four and eight districts at Dharwad and Gulbarga respectively but for 30 districts of West UP with population of more than 10 crores which is four crores more than the population of Karnataka and still has not even a single HC Bench even though Justice Jaswant Singh Commission recommended Bench for West UP! Y not give a small house to anyone who wants hady costs 5 lakhs if govt doesn't print so much currency foolishly.... Giving a few people rights rest to b looted that's education in India presently.... Right to life must include right to live happily w shelter food n min electricity/water/health.... Ie five min 10-15kg rice to all who wants it based on adhaar card hw much does it cost go nothing.... Govt takes food from farmers gives them or contracts to get food say 20rs a kg a mth per person ie 10 kgsx20rs x12mthsx140 cr population ie 3.36 cr a yr even if u distribute full 140cr population which doesn't happen so let's say all of 50yrs above Nd under children that's 1/4 of population shd b covered 84000crs as farm subsidy ... Against which pds distributed so who looses no one the country gains and maybe all women so 2/3 of population ie 2.2lakh crs set for farm subsidy yearly food to life... Shd b first set right by judiciary no hera pheri as of now set it as a right no stupid bstrds can or shd take that right away from each citizen of Indian under 20yrs over 50yrs and women... Once this is set rest of equality will start coming or if 15rs is fixed for rice then hardly 2.52 lakh crores r required to cover all of Indias population for rice against pds 10kg each citizen.. Make that fundamental right w adhaar card and change the nation to b a proud nation .. It will take people away from hunger Nd poverty once Nd for all times to come nd nation. Well fed can take any storm Nd life's dignity is what u give everyone old distitute unemployed people w disease or disabled children... It is the duty to do so pls do this
