Hi... In H. P. Literacy rate is 90%. N people believe in National parties bcz they know if will choose regional party they won't be able to do development in h. P. Bcz won't get funds n other from centre... 2 parties came like 1 of sukhrams HILOP. N other I don't remember it was major Mankotias party. But no one among them won for a single time also.. The road carved from sheer rock face from Shimla towards Kinnaur was built by Tibetan refugees in the early days of their arrivals in India. GOI sent batches of refugees to Chamba, Kulu and Shimla. It was much needed employment for Tibetan refugees too and even these days we get to hear tales of hardship from elders but with full sense of gratitude
