Lost on a Hill... BUT I FOUND THIS AMAZING FOOD 😋

In this Video i got lost on a part of Penang Hill while i tried to reach the bat caves. soon i noticed I'll not find them in time. So I quickliy absorbed the view of the incoming sunset and made my way down the Hill, to find my favourite dessert. Last time i had it in 2017 on Bali, this got me some Flashbacks to my travel and stay over there.

in malaysia it's called apam balik. because these folks are indonesians, they call it murtabak or terang bulan.

There must be a misscommunication somewhere between the Indonesian language and the rest of the world..
To my knowledge the murtabak/mutabbaq, is originally a South Asian cusine which was popularized to be had almost all over Asia including the Middle East, with many varieties savory/sweet, but always with the same name wherever it is (a purata on steroids), but never was it ever in the style of an "apam-balek" a pan-cake style dessert and with a different ingredient altogether.. 🤔🙃
