I have so many good things to say about this song that the comment has a TL;DR, and I never make those! Despite that, please read the whole comment if you have a minute or two, it took 20-30 minutes of my time to write. First off, love that you have to grab the sword to start off the song, it's a nice reference to most of MK's fights and as a huge fan of Meta Knight, this pleases me greatly. His icons were great as well, like how the mask is cut in half for the losing icon. The Meta-Knights surrounding Girlfriend was nice, glad to see them here too! Seeing the comments hating on Boyfriend's voice made me sad, I loved them even before finding out about the SNES noises only thing. Seriously, I genuinely thought that you people who worked on them mod created the voice yourself, that's how accurate the voice was. Despite this, Meta Knight's voice was infinitely better than BF's, he's got a godlike voice that's now my new favourite voice in FNF. As my favourite Kirby character, I love how he got such a banger of a track. (Speaking of Kirby, where he at in this mod?) Also to that person who said they couldn't tell the BPM, the first half was in 5/4 while the second half was in 4/4. That's so cool that you did that, especially with the separator being that awesome sword duel! (By the way, the BPM determines how long the song is and how fast Girlfriend bobs her head, not what time signature the song has) Speaking of that battle forces me to speak about the sword notes as well, which I'll gladly do since they're amazing as well! Love how the ones you hit show you swinging at Meta Knight, while the ones you want to avoid show him swinging at you. Also enjoyed the attack that you dodge by pressing the spacebar, though the sword notes outside that. Back to Meta Knight's voice for a moment since I haven't explained why I like it so much. It's so intimidating yet respectable while sounding like an amazing song if it was by itself, no background music, no mechanics, and no Boyfriend. I'll say it as many times as I have to, MK's voice is perfect! I have nothing but praises for this mod, and I must say that this song is way better than Dedede's, which is still good. Despite all the praise and my profile picture, you'd probably be surprised to find out that I'm not too big of a Kirby fan myself. It's a cool franchise, but I only own one game and I'm just a big fan of Meta Knight. TL;DR: I loved everything from the mechanics, voices, references, and the sword duel in the middle leading to the time signature changing. Quite impressive for a song restricted to SNES sounds. Edit: I just realized that you're probably not a developer, this is kinda awkward. Still an amazing song, thanks for posting it.

Hi, charter here, just wanted you to know that this was made for a mod jam contest were we could only use noises from the SNES soundfont for the music, but we're planning on updating it and making real bangers in the future so stay tuned!

I actually like the bf voice, it's always nice to hear a bf voice that's not kawai sprite's official bf chromatic scale.
If you liked the BF voice here, you should definitely hear DDD's song then, btw Zomboi had to only use the SNES soundfont for the vocals and songs

yeah that song was fun to produce, and the snes sounds were weird to work with, thx for playing.
