Decreasing the wet bulb temperature lowers the outlet water temperature, but the approach is increased because of the curvature of the equilibrium line. Hence to get same approach with same heat load and range Cooling tower height will increase for low wet bulb temperature. Hope this will clarify the confusion regarding impact of wet bulb temperature. These concept will further cleared in subsequent videos on cooling Tower.

I believe cooling tower in a petrochemical refinery is used for the Furfurol Extraction Unit dewaxing refrigeration plant? And FEU is part of the Lube refinery.
Because approach increases at low wet bulb temperature. To get same approach more height will be required. I will explain all these things in subsequent videos.
