Knitting is very fun! I need to get back into the habit of daily knitting, even if just for 5 minutes.

I'm a 6am kind of guy. It amazes me how much more I can get done before most have even go out of bed. The roads are empty of traffic as it's so early, parking is no issue, cafe at the office opens as I walk in for breakfast. Home by 3pm.

Ahhh the sweet solitude of mornings out in the world! What you're describing is exactly what turned me into a morning person years ago... nothing quite like it :)

That is exactly what I’m trying to build for myself, too. Time in the morning and evening, a quiet and peaceful life. It’s hard. I am self employed now, which I feel like is a start in the right direction because I have control. Just need to keep building in the right direction. Your vlogs are very inspiring, thank you for sharing.

Being self-employed is probably the most impactful (yet challenging) way to make a peaceful life possible. The journey is only just beginning, you've got this :)

I'm so happy these videos can bring some value to you ♡ As for your question, the first thing that comes to mind is...
It might be helpful to remember that most of our shadow fears tend to be something that comes from outside us... meaning that what we fear most (about ourselves and the world) is often what others have told us to feel, rather than what we actually feel deep down within ourselves.
In my own experience, I've learned that when a scary shadow approaches, instead of rejecting it or avoiding it... choosing to allow it to show itself for what it truly is has made a huge difference! Most times, the shadows I've feared and avoided (or fought against) were actually not so bad after all, and I'm usually surprised by how empty they actually are (even though I feared them for so long).
In other words, if you can find the courage to look at what is in the shadows when they approach, there's a good chance you'll eventually be able to see that what you're fearing is actually not even your own! And when you see that... you're able to let go of the fear naturally, or transform it into something meaningful for your own path.
I hope this can help, wishing you the best ♡

Remembering that these shadowy fears come from the outside and looking at them through our inner courage is a great advice Jasmine
