I beat my record again... after not playing for 2 days. Got lucky and had Stratobloxxer as my first gear. Can't explain how broken it is, allowing you to 3-shot Giants with Scatterblaster (if you have high style). Amazing.
At this point, your run is basically dead if you don't get Stratobloxxer first (not really, I still need to get better, but you get the point).

also i find captain harder than vagabond unless u are using katana or firebrand then u can get close to him and go ham

also zombie staff is good for maintaining a good combo as the zombies kill counts as ur kills

There is one downside to Zombie Staff, even the Shopkeeper says it. When it's active, you can't use your off-hand until it finishes the animation, so it's not very good on builds that require you to use your off-hand a lot, like Sword + Scatterblaster.
