I have fallen back in love with MAC over the last couple months and I’m so happy I found your channel this year because you’re the only one I know of that still uses MAC consistently. Once I use up my current powders and bronzers I’m definitely grabbing the mineralize skin finish natural powders. I used it yeeearsss ago and remember loving how it made my skin look; not sure why I never repurchased; I guess sometimes it’s hard to stick with what works when there’s constantly new products coming out left and right. I especially enjoyed the ones where you follow a makeup tutorial from a makeup artists book. It’s also great that we have the same skin tone . Very informative and inspiring. I love MAC and Mob as well. I keep hearing about MAC reformulating and switching things out. I’m just a freelancer for them though. I went to Naimies and they confirmed the redo they are going through. They took away my beloved pot concealers so I bought 3 of the full coverage Mac foundations because it can be mixed with anything. Mix with powder and it becomes a dry base product, add strobe cream and it’s the serum foundation, add oil control and it’s a matte liquid foundation. It’s a staple in my kit. But every time I see a sale at Mac and my pro discount works on top, I grab one or two staples that I use on a consistent basis. I may stop by other pro shops to see if I can play in something comparable just to be prepared to find a replacement. My other concern are tariffs and makeup coming from Canada and other countries. Plus I’m a reformed product junkies and wanting to stock up is crazy, but it’s Mac! So I’m waiting and watching to see what happens next year in the beauty industry and 2026 will really show where the industry is going and who can afford what.
